What you’ll do
- Manage BIM standards and execution plans
- Coordinate Revit modeling and clash detection using Navisworks
- Prepare and maintain BOQ documentation
- Mentor and train BIM team on best practices
- Conduct regular BIM model audits
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and engineers
- Oversee site visits and ensure model accuracy
What you’ll bring
- B.Arch or B.E degree
- 8-10 years architecture/BIM experience
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360, Navisworks
Nice to have
- Team management experience
- Experience with LOD 400 modeling
- BOQ preparation and quantity take‑offs
