Workday Integration

About the role

Workday Integration specialist responsible for developing best‑in‑class integrations to/from third‑party systems using Workday Studio, Connectors, Public WebServices, and EIBs. Owns changes to existing integrations, maintaining and supporting them by resolving defects, enhancing, and applying required updates. Gathers and analyzes requirements, providing technical advice and best practices for integration development and implementation. Delivers solutions and integration development with Workday, covering requirements, technical specifications, design, custom development, integration testing, UAT, and deployment. Ensures productive operations of the Workday System Architecture, including all interfaces and custom reports/dashboards. Tracks issues and risks, communicates status, and escalates concerns. Stays abreast of emerging trends and new functionality related to the Workday product. Works independently and collaboratively with stakeholders and functional teams for discovery and design sessions. Manages the Workday integrations library, creating, revising, or obsoleting integrations as needed. Manages interface schedules to SLAs, defines client interface calendars and inventories, monitors integrations to completion, and supports file transmission automation and documentation. Manages the worker data migration process to ensure data completeness, accuracy, and security.

What you’ll do

• Maintain continuously and support existing integrations by resolving defects, enhancing and applying required updates.
• Gather and analyze requirements and provide technical advice and best practices with respect to integration development and implementation.
• Provide solution and integration development with Workday including requirements, technical specs, design, custom development, integration testing, UAT and deployment.
• Ensure the productive operations of Workday System Architecture including all interfaces (integrations) as well as custom reports/dashboards.
• Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalates concerns.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and new functionality in areas related to the Workday product.
• Work both independently and collaboratively with stakeholders and others across the team to define requirements and develop a robust solution.
• Work with functional teams for discovery and design sessions, as needed.
• Manage Workday integrations library, creating, revising or obsoleting integrations as needed.
• Manage interface schedules to SLAs. Defines client interface calendar and inventory, monitors integrations to completion, establishes and supports file transmission automation and supporting documentation.
