About the role

Global Delivery Centre (GDC) at ERM drives business continuity worldwide through technology and digital transformation. As Head of Engineering and Architecture you will define the enterprise architecture vision, align technology roadmaps with business strategy, and lead a global team of architects to modernize platforms and cloud services. Bangalore, on-site, hybrid schedule with shift work as needed.

What you’ll do

• Define long‑term architectural vision and strategy
• Develop and maintain architecture frameworks and standards
• Partner with business leaders to align technology investments
• Guide solution architecture across applications, data, and cloud
• Lead platform modernization and cloud optimization initiatives
• Oversee architecture reviews and governance compliance
• Measure business outcomes of architecture initiatives
• Support talent acquisition and succession planning
