What you’ll do
- Lead Site PE Heads to seek efficient processes and materials
- Review production methods for cost, quality, and environmental impact
- Prepare feasibility studies, reports, and cost analyses
- Provide technical support and problem-solving for production issues
- Plan installation of new equipment with design justification
- Calculate line sizes, material/energy balances, and heat loads
- Optimize process parameters for capacity enhancement and solvent recovery
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, cGMP, and SOPs
