About the role

What you’ll do
- Partner with clients to respond to requests accurately and on time
- Create estimates and cost plans for CSA/MEP packages
- Lead team in delivering quality and client value
- Administer procurement and RFP folders with version control
- Review tender submissions and perform cost analyses
- Prepare summary reports highlighting findings and recommendations
What you’ll bring
- 12+ years cost management experience, preferably on large-scale construction projects
- Proficiency with CostX or Planswift/Cubicost/Candy/ZW CAD (4+ years)
- Chartered status or pathway in cost management
- Degree in cost management or related construction discipline
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
