About the role
Talent Acquisition team at Marsh focuses on sourcing top technology talent to drive business growth. The Lead Specialist partners with hiring managers to design and execute end‑to‑end recruitment strategies for roles in software engineering, data analytics, cloud, cybersecurity and AI/ML, leveraging AI‑enabled sourcing tools and data‑driven insights. Hybrid role based in Pune and Gurugram with at least three days per week onsite, offering a dynamic, fast‑paced environment for technology hiring leaders.
What you’ll do
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle for technology positions
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using direct sourcing, digital channels and AI tools
- Build and maintain pipelines for niche and specialized tech roles
- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and translate into recruitment plans
- Provide market intelligence, talent mapping and compensation insights
- Leverage AI tools for talent discovery, search optimization and candidate engagement
- Prepare accurate MIS dashboards, reports and presentations for TA leadership
- Drive continuous improvement of time‑to‑fill, quality‑of‑hire and cost efficiency
What you’ll bring
- 8+ years end‑to‑end technology recruitment experience
- Proven hiring for software engineering, data, cloud, cybersecurity and AI/ML roles
- Hands‑on experience with AI‑powered sourcing and screening tools
- Expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and talent databases
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Data‑driven approach to recruitment metrics and analytics
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience with recruitment reporting and MIS dashboards
