About the role
Digital Solutions practice at Connor Group helps clients modernize finance operations through NetSuite implementations. The Manager leads NetSuite development, designs custom objects, integrates systems, and improves performance across a multi‑city team. Hybrid work in Pune, Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Delhi (NCR) with remote flexibility.
What you’ll do
- Research and analyze application behavior to improve performance
- Design and build custom NetSuite objects, fields, layouts, reports, dashboards
- Configure NetSuite forms and records to meet business processes
- Integrate NetSuite with other systems alongside integration resources
- Collaborate with multiple teams on roadmap projects for ERP systems
What you’ll bring
- 5 years system implementation and integration experience
- 5 years ERP management experience
- 5 years NetSuite SuiteScript, SuiteQL, Map/Reduce, SuiteTalk
- Strong knowledge of SDLC
- Experience with NetSuite SuiteBundler, Workflow, custom objects
- SQL and JavaScript/Node.js expertise
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Visio, Word, Excel
- Experience in NetSuite Administration
