About the role

Cadence’s AI + Design Automation team builds agentic AI tools that embed machine learning directly into silicon design workflows. The Sr Principal Product Engineer leads end‑to‑end customer engagements, translating complex AI‑driven EDA capabilities into business value for early adopters. Based in NOIDA or BANGALORE, the role requires on‑site presence with occasional travel to key accounts.

What you’ll do

• Own and manage end‑to‑end customer engagements for agentic AI and LLM‑driven EDA products
• Serve as strategic bridge between customers, FAEs, and R&D
• Translate customer requirements into actionable R&D roadmaps
• Develop technical collateral, product presentations, and deployment playbooks
• Maintain knowledge of AI‑powered hardware design trends
• Shape product strategy through market feedback
• Drive GTM initiatives and secure technical wins
• Collaborate with sales and field teams to accelerate adoption

What you’ll bring

• 12+ years in Product Engineering or Technical Marketing in EDA or semiconductor
• Deep knowledge of ASIC design flows and hardware verification (Verilog, SystemVerilog)
• Experience with ML/LLM technologies in silicon design
• Strong business acumen and ROI communication skills
• Proven GTM execution and customer engagement
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management
• Cross‑functional collaboration with R&D and FAEs
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical/Computer Engineering
