Risk:Credit Risk-I Team at Axis Bank focuses on end‑to‑end collateral risk management for its product portfolio. Based in Mumbai, on‑site work model, with opportunities to mentor junior analysts and influence risk strategy.

What you’ll do

• Manage end‑to‑end collateral risk for assigned products
• Monitor and measure key risk indicators using data analytics
• Develop and implement risk mitigation actions and early warning signals
• Collaborate with business managers and credit teams to align risk objectives
• Guide and mentor junior team members
• Draft and update credit policies for micro‑finance and MFI portfolios

What you’ll bring

• 10-13 years experience in credit risk or related analytics
• Hands‑on experience with transaction systems and data capture processes
• Strong analytical skills with ability to develop predictive risk variables
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing collateral products
• Experience in policy drafting and risk mitigation strategies
