About the role
EY GDS Risk Consulting – MENA Financial Services Risk Management (FSRM) helps financial institutions identify, assess and mitigate credit, market and operational risks. As a Credit Risk Manager you will lead a team of senior consultants and analysts to design risk frameworks, develop and validate credit models, and deliver regulatory transformation projects. Based in Kochi, India with an on‑site work model, you will collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, travel to client sites, and drive high‑quality risk solutions.
What you’ll do
- Lead a team of 5-6 senior consultants and analysts
- Develop and deliver credit risk management strategies and solutions
- Design and benchmark risk policies, frameworks and methodologies
- Monitor project progress, manage risks and communicate status to stakeholders
- Review and validate work of junior team members
- Adapt to model audit, validation and development projects
- Travel to client engagements as required
