About the role
Broadcom’s Infrastructure Management Division seeks a Senior UX Designer to lead end-to-end UX work on enterprise products, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and researchers to create intuitive, scalable designs and evolve the design system.

- Advocate UX best practices and accessibility

What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years UX Design experience
- Expertise in complex enterprise applications
- Proficiency in Figma and component libraries
- Experience in Agile development environments
- Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams
- Comfort with AI-assisted design tools
Nice to have
- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards
- Experience facilitating design workshops or sprints
- Passion for mentoring peers
