What you’ll do
- Lead cross‑functional design initiatives
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Create user journeys, IA maps, task flows
- Design AI‑augmented features
- Prototype interactive concepts
- Collaborate with product and dev teams
- Contribute to design system
- Coach junior designers
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years UX design experience
- Proficiency in Figma and AI tools (e.g., Figma Make, Claude Code)
- Experience with web accessibility WCAG
- Strong information architecture skills
- Hands‑on prototyping and interaction design
- Knowledge of cybersecurity domain preferred
- Leadership or mentorship experience
- Service design principles familiarity
