About the role
Weekday AI consulting practice, the Data Privacy team helps enterprises build and strengthen privacy programs across regulatory landscapes. The role leads consulting engagements, conducts assessments, designs governance frameworks, and mentors teams while collaborating with legal, security, and business stakeholders. Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Gurugram, on-site, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Lead data privacy consulting engagements
- Perform and oversee privacy assessments and impact analyses
- Develop and implement privacy governance frameworks
- Support vendor privacy reviews and DPA negotiations
- Prepare RFP responses and thought leadership content
- Build relationships with business and executive stakeholders
- Identify account growth opportunities and cross‑sell services
- Mentor team members and ensure delivery excellence
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years data privacy experience
- IAPP certification (CIPP, CIPM)
- Conduct privacy assessments (DPIA, RoPA)
- Develop governance frameworks and policies
- Manage client engagements and stakeholder relationships
- Lead and mentor consulting teams
- Business development and practice growth
