About the role
Johnson Controls' Applied Projects team drives HVAC and chiller solutions for critical infrastructure. The Senior Project Manager oversees a portfolio of 50‑70 projects in Gujarat, ensuring cost, schedule, quality and revenue targets are met while coordinating customers, consultants and internal teams. Manages project budgets, risks and stakeholder communications, guides a team of 5‑10 engineers/managers, and drives timely project execution and closure. Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, On-site.
What you’ll do
- Manage portfolio of 50-70 HVAC/chiller projects
- Track progress against milestones and budgets
- Conduct regular project reviews and action plan follow‑ups
- Maintain risk registers and issue logs
- Support project teams in execution challenges
- Ensure timely invoicing, revenue realization and UBR control
