About the role
ES Data Ops and Integrations Team at Salesforce builds and maintains employee data processes in Workday HCM. The Specialist manages Workday mass loads, ensures data integrity, creates reports, and supports UAT and system enhancements. Hyderabad, India, hybrid (office‑flexible).
What you’ll do
- Recommend Workday enhancements to improve efficiency
- Support UAT for Workday updates and mass loads
- Maintain documentation for business processes
- Investigate and resolve data issues with root‑cause analysis
- Create and support standard/custom HR reports
- Analyze data audits to improve data quality
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members
What you’ll bring
- 6-24 months HRIS experience (Workday preferred)
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills
Nice to have
- Workday HCM or Mass Load processing knowledge
- Understanding of HR data audits and quality control
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
