About the role

Motorola Solutions’ IT team seeks a Salesforce Developer to reinvent business interactions by building safer community technologies. The role involves hands-on implementation, solution design, and deployment of complex Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components. This full-time position is based in Bangalore, India.

What you’ll do

• Perform hands-on technical implementation and deliver functional solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Lead solution design, implementation, deployment, and documentation of projects
• Develop code including Custom objects, Apex, Triggers, Reports, workflows, and assignment rules
• Create solutions using Salesforce.com and integrate with 3rd party APIs
• Perform unit testing and defect fixes
• Liaise with internal clients to understand business needs for Salesforce development
• Conduct ad hoc analysis and projects as needed

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce
• 3+ years developing and managing complex Salesforce solutions
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Declarative Programming and Administration
• Proficiency in Apex programming language and Lightning Web Components
• Experience developing solutions using Salesforce.com and 3rd party APIs

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent industry experience required. Master’s degree desired.
