What you’ll do
- Lead the design and development of Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other related technologies.
- Architect and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Optimize and enhance existing Salesforce applications, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor and support junior developers, fostering their growth and enhancing team capabilities.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features, evaluating their potential impact on the organization.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical specifications, architectural decisions, and system configurations.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues and challenges promptly.
- Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making for Salesforce initiatives and projects.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).
- Extensive experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and the Salesforce ecosystem.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce best practices, security, and governance.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, workflows, and processes within Salesforce.
- Experience leading projects and mentoring team members in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Developer certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce Architect).
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD in Salesforce environments.
- Knowledge of integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica) and patterns.
