About the role
Vendor Management Team at Mattel Global Business Services ensures audit readiness and vendor compliance for software licenses. The Senior Analyst leads audit response, risk profiling, and licensing compliance analysis, coordinating with IT, procurement, legal, and finance. Role is based in Hyderabad with a hybrid schedule of 4 days onsite, supporting US EST time zone operations.
What you’ll do
- Lead audit response and management for vendor license audits
- Develop and maintain audit risk matrix and documentation libraries
- Analyze software entitlements versus usage across environments
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to gather audit evidence
- Provide licensing expertise and advise on contract renewals
What you’ll bring
- 4-7 years software license compliance or audit management
- Experience with Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, Adobe audits
- Proficiency with SAM tools like Flexera, Snow, ServiceNow
- Advanced Excel data analysis
- Project coordination across cross-functional teams
Nice to have
- Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM)
- Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM)
