About the role
Central Ordering Team - iVMO Pune, part of the Infrastructure Vendor Management Office, ensures flawless ordering and invoicing processes for global TDI operations. The Vendor Management Senior Analyst drives ordering management, invoice reconciliation, SAP Ariba usage, and metrics reporting while partnering with stakeholders across finance, compliance, and business units. Pune, India, on-site role with hybrid collaboration across virtual global teams.
What you’ll do
- Partner with stakeholders to execute ordering management processes
- Create purchase requests, reconcile invoices, and trigger payments
- Develop and report metrics for scorecards and SLA adherence
- Implement process improvements across ordering activities
- Coordinate renewal processes and support key people initiatives
Nice to have
- 5-7 years experience in vendor or procurement management
- Proficient with MS Project and MS Office
- Familiarity with SAP Ariba or similar tools
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal English
