S&C – GN – Strategy – Corporate Strategy & Growth practice at Accenture helps global clients shape and execute data‑driven growth strategies. The Strategy Manager leads high‑impact initiatives such as M&A support, operating model design, and sustainability‑focused digital transformation, partnering with CEOs and senior stakeholders. Based in Bengaluru, Gurugram, and Mumbai with an on‑site work model.

What you’ll do

• Support clients across the M&A lifecycle, including target screening and post‑merger integration
• Partner with CEOs to design future‑proof operating models and org designs
• Accelerate measurable growth through data‑driven strategy to execution
• Help clients achieve sustainability goals via digital transformation

What you’ll bring

• MBA from a Tier 1 institute
• 6+ years post‑MBA experience in corporate strategy, growth, market expansion, pricing, or AI‑led transformation
• 1+ years as an Engagement Manager in a top‑tier strategy consulting firm (preferred)

Nice to have

• MBA from a Tier 1 institute
