About the role

Asset Management team at GE Vernova leads global proposals for customer applications. The Lead Engineer drives bid strategy, coordinates commercial and technical inputs, and ensures high‑quality tender submissions. Based in Noida with on‑site work, the role mentors colleagues and improves proposal processes.

What you’ll do

• Lead preparation of Asset Management proposals and bid strategy
• Coordinate contributors across commercial, technical, product and regional teams
• Drive competitive positioning, pricing alignment and risk assessment
• Apply analytical thinking to tailor proposals to customer needs
• Mentor less experienced colleagues and improve proposal processes

What you’ll bring

• 8-12 years experience in sales, proposals or bid management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Nice to have

• Advanced experience in sales & proposals
• End‑to‑end tender management
