Quality Auditing Analyst

About the role

Accenture’s global internal audit team seeks a Quality Auditing Analyst to help clients identify risks and create mitigation plans. The role involves analyzing complex problems, documenting process steps, creating work instructions, and executing audits with minimal guidance. This position is based in Bengaluru and requires working rotational shifts.

What you’ll do

• Execute audits as per procedures and ensure they are performed as planned
• Document process steps and create work instructions for existing audit processes
• Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
• Address issues promptly and maintain the efficiency of the global audit process
• Interact with peers, clients, and Accenture management
• Solve increasingly complex problems with minimal instruction
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Work in rotational shifts and client business hours

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting
• 3 to 5 years of experience in an audit function
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking
• Ability to perform under pressure
• Fluent in English
