About the role
Accenture seeks a Quality Auditing Senior Analyst in Bengaluru to independently audit trade confirmation and settlement processes for equity and fixed income products. The role involves performing quality checks, validating SOP adherence, conducting root cause analysis, and coaching team members on audit findings. This is a full-time, 100% on-site position requiring night shift availability.
What you’ll do
- Perform independent quality assurance and audit of trade confirmation and settlement processes
- Validate adherence to SOPs, controls, and regulatory requirements
- Drive root cause analysis of defects and recommend preventive controls
- Coach team members on audit observations and manage stakeholder relationships
- Oversee confirmation and matching of equity and fixed income trades
- Monitor and drive resolution of unmatched and disputed trades
- Define and standardize SOPs, checklists, and control frameworks
- Ensure zero missed elections or financial impact incidents
What you’ll bring
- Graduate in MBA/Commerce with Investment Banking Operations understanding
- 5 to 8 years of experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
