About the role

BIM Engineering Team at Egis focuses on creating integrated building information models for sustainable infrastructure. The Senior BIM Engineer develops and coordinates ELV (Electrical, Lighting & Vertical) BIM models, performs clash detection, and ensures compliance with standards across architects, structural and MEP teams. Bengaluru, India, on-site, Full-time role.

What you’ll do

• Develop and maintain BIM models for ELV systems
• Perform clash detection and coordination analysis
• Create detailed 3D models and construction documentation
• Coordinate with MEP teams to resolve design conflicts
• Prepare BIM coordination reports for stakeholders
• Manage model updates and data integrity throughout project phases
• Support construction sequencing and installation planning using BIM data
• Provide technical support and training on BIM processes

What you’ll bring

• Proficiency in Revit MEP modules
• Advanced modeling with Navisworks
• Strong knowledge of electrical, lighting, and vertical transportation systems
• Experience in BIM coordination on large commercial projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
