About the role

The Senior Engineer leads design from feasibility to construction, applying AI-enabled workflows, Python scripting, BIM and C++ tools to improve efficiency and carbon outcomes. Bengaluru, hybrid work model with occasional travel to Mumbai or Noida.
What you’ll do
- Lead design solutions for highways and infrastructure projects
- Apply digital engineering, automation, and AI-enabled workflows
- Develop reusable digital tools and templates
- Leverage Azure, Power Platform, and BIM/CDE tools
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary global teams
- Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge sharing
What you’ll bring
- Understanding of highway engineering principles
- Familiarity with UK standards such as DMRB and Manual for Streets
- Experience with MS Excel or similar data tools
- Strong communication with global stakeholders
- High attention to detail
- Interest in digital engineering and automation
