About the role

Branch Business Development at Muthoot FinCorp focuses on expanding the branch's loan portfolio and generating new customer business. The role drives field marketing, lead generation, and sales calls to achieve monthly targets and cross‑sell gold loan and third‑party products. Based in Netaji Chowk, Adilabad with an on‑site work model, the position reports to the Branch Manager and manages a small team of four.

What you’ll do

Increase branch business through field marketing and lead generation
Convert leads via sales calls and customer meetings
Achieve monthly sales targets and cross‑sell products
Support interest collection and maintain lending compliance

What you’ll bring

0-4 years experience in business development or sales
Graduate or Post‑Graduate degree
Basic computer skills, MS Office proficiency
Strong communication and sales orientation
