The Vice President leads Java development, designing and delivering cloud‑focused, user‑centric solutions, overseeing full software lifecycle from requirements to agile delivery, and collaborating with global user and offshore teams. What you’ll do

• Own development of new platform components adhering to best practices
• Design and implement user interfaces for onboarding and regulatory platforms
• Drive usability, cloud adoption, and user experience improvements
• Participate in full software development lifecycle from analysis to delivery
• Continuously improve agile development practices within the team
• Collaborate with global user base and offshore development teams
• Translate technical designs into workable solutions
• Present technical information to leadership

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years Java development
• Experience with RESTful web services
• Proficiency in Spring framework
• SQL and database design expertise
• Unix/Linux environment familiarity
• Experience with Angular front‑end development
• Strong object‑oriented design and architecture skills
