About the role

What you’ll do
- Serve as primary technical resource for customer inquiries on CSD chromatography products
- Provide application guidance, troubleshooting, and method optimization support
- Conduct customer training programs, workshops and webinars
- Collaborate with sales, service, and product teams to address customer needs
- Gather market intelligence and feedback to inform product development
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years laboratory or technical support experience
- Hands‑on HPLC, UHPLC, LC/MS, GC or GC/MS expertise
- Method development and optimization background
- Knowledge of chromatography consumables and sample‑preparation products
- Experience supporting pharmaceutical, environmental, food or chemical labs
