About the role

GFCD Technology - Financial Crimes Innovation team at MUFG focuses on evaluating and deploying cutting‑edge AI and RPA solutions to combat financial crime. The Senior Analyst builds and maintains machine‑learning models and automation routines using Power Automate, Python, R Studio and cloud services like AWS and Azure, while collaborating with stakeholders across GFCD regions. Bengaluru office, hybrid work model with on‑site presence as required.

What you’ll do

• Develop end‑user robotics and machine‑learning solutions per stakeholder requirements
• Evaluate and select innovative vendor technologies for GFCD
• Create documentation for vendor trials, RFPs and management reporting
• Analyze data to support financial‑crime innovation projects

Nice to have

• 1-3 years experience with Power Automate or similar RPA tools
• 1-3 years experience developing ML models in Python or R
• Experience with cloud AI services such as AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI
• Knowledge of financial crimes systems like KYC and transaction monitoring
