About the role
Payments Technology team at Bajaj Finance builds the FasTag issuance ecosystem, enabling seamless toll payments. The Senior Cluster Manager leads technical solution design, development and configuration of payment and FasTag NPCI APIs, and coordinates with NPCI, business COEs, service teams, operations and collections. Based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, on-site work model.
What you’ll do
- Review technical solutions, design and delivery
- Develop and configure payment and FasTag NPCI APIs
- Maintain communication with NPCI and COEs throughout integration
- Update technical documentation and API kits
- Collaborate with product team to ensure optimal customer experience
- Diagnose and resolve issues with APIs, code, services, and network connectivity
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor of Technology or Master in Computer Applications
- 6-7 years experience in payment and FasTag ecosystem
- Experience integrating APIs
- Proficiency in Java and Springboot
- Strong understanding of REST APIs
- Stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem solving abilities
