About the role
Transformation & Digital Insights team at WSP drives enterprise‑wide automation and AI‑enabled workflow modernization. As a Principal Consultant you will architect, develop and govern Power Platform solutions, lead multi‑disciplinary digital projects and mentor junior developers. Based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work model (office and remote), you will collaborate across global teams and engage with senior stakeholders.
What you’ll do
- Define and lead low‑code digital automation strategy
- Architect enterprise‑grade Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse solutions
- Design and implement API integrations with Oracle Fusion, M365 and Dynamics 365
- Apply ALM, DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform delivery
- Mentor junior developers and ensure architectural consistency
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to drive AI‑enabled workflow automation
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 12+ years digital transformation and Power Platform experience
- Power Platform or Azure certifications preferred
