About the role

SNOW, HighRadius' internal Strategy & Operations team, drives strategic initiatives for the CFO office using AI/ML‑enabled finance solutions. The Principal Analyst leads end‑to‑end strategy projects, from operating model design to budgeting and digital transformation, delivering data‑driven insights to senior leaders. Hyderabad, India, on‑site work model.

What you’ll do

• Deliver strategy & operations projects such as operating model optimization and budgeting
• Define current state and design future state solutions with leadership
• Identify growth bottlenecks and devise data‑driven initiatives
• Develop project governance and improvement recommendations
• Create visual analytics and insights for executive stakeholders

What you’ll bring

• 4+ years in Tier 1 strategy consulting or strategy & operations role
• Experience in technology startup environment
• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Economics or Commerce
