About the role

<strong>Job Requirements </strong><br><p><span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Defining technical requirements using ISO 20022 and ISO 8583 message specifications for new products and platform capabilities. </span></p><p><span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Driving innovation using AI/GenAI technologies to improve product development, automation, operational efficiency, and engineering workflows. </span></p><p><span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Driving product strategy across authorization, clearing, settlement, and payment network processing domains. </span></p><p><span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage message specifications and API-first product integrations. </span></p><p><span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Working with RESTful APIs, JSON/XML payloads, authentication mechanisms, and service integration frameworks. </span></p><p><span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Translating ISO 20022 / ISO 8583 specifications into scalable API-based service definitions. </span></p><p><span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Managing release readiness and supporting successful product and feature launches. </span></p><p><span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Presenting proposals, strategy, and progress updates to Product leadership and key stakeholders. </span></p><br><br><strong>Work Experience </strong><br><p>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience (required) </p><p>5+ years of Product Management / Product Development / Product Owner experience (preferred) </p><p>Strong hands-on experience in Cards & Payments domain (required) </p><p>Strong knowledge of ISO 8583 transaction flows and messaging standards (required) </p><p>Experience/knowledge of ISO 20022 standards and specifications management (preferred) </p><p>Good understanding of authorization, clearing, settlement, and payment network processing (required) </p><p>Experience with REST APIs, API-first product design, and JSON/XML payload structures (preferred) </p><p>Basic SQL/Python and analytical skills (preferred) </p><p>Practical hands-on exposure to AI/GenAI technologies (highly preferred) </p><p> </p><p>Experience building, integrating, or experimenting with LLMs, AI automation solutions, prompt engineering, AI-assisted development tools, or machine learning use cases will be a strong advantage </p><p>Ability to apply AI technologies to solve practical business or engineering problems (preferred) </p><p>Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills (required) </p><p>Ability to work independently, manage complex initiatives, and adapt to shifting priorities (required) </p><p>Passion for technology, innovation, payments, AI, and digital commerce (preferred)<span style="background-color: rgb(198, 198, 198);"> </span></p><br><br>
