Sr. Consultant - VIM / Vendor Invoice Management

About the role

YASH Technologies seeks a Senior Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of OpenText Vendor Invoice Management integrated with SAP S/4HANA. The role focuses on end-to-end invoice processing solutions, workflow automation, and AP process improvements across Pune, Bangalore, Indore, and Hyderabad. This position supports hybrid or on-site work models based on location.

What you’ll do

• Lead SAP VIM and OpenText solution design discussions
• Configure and enhance VIM components including Capture Validation and Document Processing
• Design PO and Non-PO invoice processing solutions
• Partner with Finance teams to streamline invoice processing
• Drive automation opportunities to reduce manual intervention
• Identify and resolve invoice exceptions and bottlenecks
• Support 2-way and 3-way matching processes
• Define invoice routing and approval workflows

What you’ll bring

• Experience with SAP VIM and OpenText solutions
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration
• Ability to configure VIM Workplace and Analytics
• Expertise in invoice approval workflows and exception management

• Strong understanding of AP process improvements
• Proficiency in solution design and delivery
• Experience leading fit-gap workshops
• Familiarity with SAP Clean Core principles
