About the role
DevOps team at Broadridge builds and maintains enterprise CI/CD pipelines and automation infrastructure. The Senior Member Technical designs, develops, monitors, and supports CI/CD tools, scripts automated processes, and provides user support across the platform. Bengaluru and Hyderabad, on-site, hybrid model with occasional remote days.
What you’ll do
- Design, develop, monitor, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and supporting infrastructure
- Support enterprise systems by preparing and executing test scenarios and analyzing outcomes
- Collaborate with development teams to implement DevOps best practices
- Automate operational and deployment tasks using scripting and automation tools
- Manage and support CI/CD platforms, source control repositories, and artifact management systems
- Monitor system health, availability, and performance of DevOps tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to pipelines, deployments, and automation workflows
- Maintain operational procedures, service‑level requirements, and technical documentation
What you’ll bring
- 3 to 6 years of DevOps and CI/CD experience with Jenkins, GitLab, Chef, Artifactory
- Proficiency in Bash, Python, and Groovy scripting
- Hands‑on implementation of CI and CD solutions
- Experience with Git version control and artifact repositories
- Ability to monitor and ensure high availability of DevOps platforms
- Strong troubleshooting of deployment and automation issues
- Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration
