About the role

Nielsen seeks a Senior Enterprise Platforms Professional I in Bengaluru to lead the functional migration of SAP FICA Collections from ECC to S/4HANA. This role optimizes debt collection, dunning, and credit management processes while ensuring seamless business continuity. The position is full-time and based on-site in Bengaluru, India.

What you’ll do

• Design and optimize FICA Collections Strategies, worklists, and rule-based assignment logic
• Configure installment plans, deferrals, write-offs, and interest calculations
• Evaluate existing ECC configurations to transition them to S/4HANA optimized standards
• Lead migration of open collection items and historical data using Migration Cockpit
• Ensure integration between FICA Collections and upstream/downstream solutions
• Author test cases and lead SIT/UAT for all collections scenarios
• Transition operations from legacy GUI to S/4HANA Fiori Collections apps
• Provide hypercare support and defect resolution post-go-live

What you’ll bring

• Minimum 8+ years of hands-on SAP FICA experience
• At least 4+ years strictly dedicated to FICA Collections & Dunning
• Hands-on experience in at least 1 full lifecycle SAP ECC to S/4HANA conversion
• Strong functional knowledge of receivables management and bad-debt accounting

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Systems
• Experience with industry-specific FICA solutions (e.g., IS-U, IS-T)
• SAP Certification in S/4HANA Finance or SAP FICA
• Experience using SAP Activate Methodology
