About the role
The Director, Clinical Data Management Programming at Thermo Fisher Scientific supervises a management team within the Clinical Data Management Programming department, ensuring delivery across all project requirements and leading strategies for overall department success. - Participate in long-range strategic planning, development of departmental business plan, and departmental budget
- Communicate company and department policies and priorities to department staff and assure compliance
- Ensure appropriate personnel resources are applied to department projects based on priorities and relative complexity
- Develop and present proposals in response to requests from potential customers and support business development activities, presenting data management strategy at bid defense meetings
What you’ll bring

- Previous experience providing knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 12+ years)
- 5+ years of management responsibility
