BIM Engineer II, Highways & Roads

About the role

AtkinsRéalis, a global engineering services firm, delivers infrastructure and energy solutions worldwide. As a BIM Engineer II you will develop and manage 3D Civil 3D models, produce 2D drawings and support BIM workflows for highways and road projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across the Middle East, UK and India. Mumbai, hybrid work model with remote flexibility and relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Develop and manage 3D highway models using Civil 3D
• Produce 2D drawings, profiles, cross‑sections and corridor models
• Support BIM workflows and adhere to project BIM Execution Plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across regions
• Ensure model and drawing quality per local and international standards
• Coordinate model data, resolve clashes and maintain model integrity

What you’ll bring

• 6-9 years BIM experience in highways & roads
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D
• Expert AutoCAD drafting for infrastructure
• Experience with ME, UK, and Indian projects
• Knowledge of PAS 1192 / ISO 19650 standards
• ITI, Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
