Senior Lead Designer / BIM Engineer II - Revit Structure at AtkinsRéalis in Bangalore, India. This role leads BIM/CAD teams within the Middle East, Design & Engineering delivery team, overseeing complex packages with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include managing CAD/BIM packages, supervising technicians, ensuring deliverables meet client scope, budget, and quality, enforcing standards, identifying training needs, and supporting proposal and delivery phases. Requirements: independent Revit model production with Architecture/MEP, strong experience in reinforced concrete and steel structures, ability to develop GA’s, sections, detailed drawings, checking and assigning detailing work, compliance with UK/ME regional standards, understanding of commercial project management, and driving innovation. Qualifications: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, 10–15 years multidisciplinary project experience, advanced CAD/BIM knowledge, team leadership, coordination with senior engineering teams. The position is full‑time, onsite, with a start date of 12/08/2025, and requires senior-level experience.

- To identify training needs and support team development.
- To support project teams in proposal and delivery phases.
What you’ll bring
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with 10–15 years of experience in delivering multidisciplinary projects.
- Advanced knowledge of CAD/BIM tools, team leadership, and coordination with project management and senior engineering teams is essential.
