About the role

Post Trade Technical Business Analysis team at HSBC drives end‑to‑end delivery of post‑trade and collateral management solutions across global markets. The Senior Associate Director leads requirement ownership from concept through implementation, collaborates with stakeholders in the UK, HK, US and other regions, and guides Agile delivery teams in India and Poland. Pune office, on‑site, with relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Own business requirements end‑to‑end and act as product owner
• Elicit and document requirements via workshops, interviews and analysis
• Coordinate Agile delivery, functional testing and defect triage
• Conduct technical analysis, write utilities and execute test cases
• Communicate solutions to business and development teams
• Drive stakeholder collaboration across multiple geographies

What you’ll bring

• University degree (BA/BSc/BCom/BTech/MCA)
• MBA desirable
• Business analysis qualification in Capital Markets
• Experience in post‑trade lifecycle and collateral management
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence
• Strong SQL, Python, Unix, API testing skills
