Senior Product Manager

About the role

Blink Health is a fast-growing healthcare technology company building BlinkRx and Quick Save to make prescriptions accessible and affordable. As a Senior Product Manager based in India, you will own hard problems across potential areas like telemedicine, home delivery, growth, core cloud pharmacy, or new product lines, driving product strategy, roadmapping, rapid testing, release planning, and experimentation. You will collaborate with cross-functional engineers, designers, data scientists, marketers, and operators on global products requiring regional partnerships, in one of the company's founding product roles in India.

What you’ll do

• Take ownership over hardest problems, envision and refine strategic solutions, and drive execution like an entrepreneur
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, product managers, data scientists, marketers, and operators
• Grow the business, build the core platform, and ensure customers have access to the least expensive and highest satisfaction pharmacy experience
• Drive product strategy, roadmapping, rapid testing and research, release planning, experimentation and analysis
• Become a true expert in pharmacy systems to transform them
• Become an expert in customers to provide a truly unparalleled experience
• Work on global products requiring partnership with teams across regions

What you’ll bring

• 6+ years as a product manager with strong consumer or deep platform experience
• Delivered multiple successful and innovative products from 0 to 1 to n with measurable growth, engagement, or success metrics
• Consumer-obsessed mindset with empathy for customers and focus on best possible experience
• Analytical with deep familiarity in best-in-class experimentation practices, using key results to drive strategies and measure everything
• Driven and biased-to-action: manages complexity, leads with influence, makes hard decisions, and perseveres through challenges
• Collaborative and communicative: builds consensus, establishes credibility, and is a class-A communicator (curious, thoughtful, clear)
• BE/B Tech degree from a top institution
• MBA or Computer Science degree preferred but not mandatory
