The Senior Quality Test Engineer I leads automation, performance and functional testing, designs end‑to‑end test scenarios, and collaborates with product, engineering and operations to ensure high‑quality releases. Mumbai, India and Chennai, India, on‑site work model.

What you’ll do

• Lead and execute automation, manual, API, functional, regression and performance testing
• Design, develop and maintain automated test scenarios and frameworks
• Collaborate with product, engineering and QA teams to plan and validate testing activities
• Analyze test results, perform root cause analysis and document findings
• Drive continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies
• Research and implement new testing tools and emerging technologies
• Maintain testing documentation, metrics, defect tracking and audit records
• Mentor team members and contribute to strategic QA initiatives

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
• 7+ years Quality Test Engineering experience
• Expertise in Automation Testing (Behave Framework)
• Manual, API, Functional and Regression testing experience
• Design and develop end‑to‑end automated test scenarios
• Test tool administration and environment configuration
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration
