- Recruit and engage agencies
- Activate OEM private car and tractor dealers
- Activate Banca partners
- Drive agency matrix and uniform practices
- Achieve top line and BDE/ELR targets
- Drive renewals as per target
- Prepare morning and evening business reports
What you’ll bring
- 1-3 years experience
- experience in agency recruitment
