- Process mandatory and voluntary corporate action events across asset classes
- Coordinate elections and communications with portfolio managers, custodians, and stakeholders
- Instruct custodian banks on election decisions within deadlines
- Review and reconcile corporate action transactions with custodians
- Develop and enhance department procedures and mitigate operational risks
What you’ll bring
- Master's degree with 1-3 years corporate actions experience
- Knowledge of financial securities and investment industry
- Understanding of complex corporate action documentation
- Experience with Aladdin applications
