About the role
Apotex Inc., a Canadian-based global health company headquartered in Toronto with a regional office in Bangalore, seeks a Senior Officer - Warehouse and Logistics to oversee storage and dispensing of packaging materials. The role supervises PM sampling activities, manages material dispensing and storage per cGMP and LVMP production plans, maintains daily online warehouse documentation, performs physical stock verification and SAP updates, operates the ASRS-WMS system, conducts equipment calibrations, and monitors environmental conditions. The position is based in Bangalore, KA, IN.
What you’ll do
- Supervise PM sampling activities at LVMP as per the plan and arrange material for sampling
- Dispense packaging materials as per LVMP production plan and standard operating procedure
- Ensure storage of packaging materials as per cGMP
- Maintain online documentation related to LVMP packaging material warehouse on a daily basis
- Perform physical stock verification (cycle counting) and update stock in SAP
- Store in and store out materials in ASRS – WMS system
- Calibrate Roll Label Counting Machine and weighing balance as per standard operating procedure
- Monitor and record temperature and relative humidity in the working area daily
What you’ll bring
- B.Com education
- 11+ years of experience in GMP regulatory industry
- Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP, and ASRS Operations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work
- Ability to maintain cGMP and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in daily online warehouse documentation
- Capability to perform equipment calibration and environmental monitoring
