About the role
Civil Design team at AtkinsRéalis focuses on delivering water sector infrastructure projects across India and the Middle East. The Engineer/Senior Engineer leads design development from feasibility through detailed design, conducts technical reviews, mentors junior staff, and manages client design review meetings. Based in Noida, India with a hybrid work model (flexible on‑site and remote options).
What you’ll do
- Prepare designs per standards and protocols
- Conduct technical checking and design reviews
- Train and mentor junior staff
- Lead design review and client progress meetings
- Prepare fee estimates and staff utilization forecasts
- Define project scopes
What you’ll bring
- 6+ years consultancy experience
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Experience with Sewer CAD
- Experience with Info Drainage
- Experience with ICM Infoworks
- Knowledge of UK and Middle East design standards
- Strong client relationship skills
- Ability to mentor junior staff
