About the role
Engineering team builds backend services and APIs for a cybersecurity identity management platform. The SDE II designs, develops, and maintains Node.js services, containerizes them with Docker, and ensures reliable deployment on cloud platforms. Works onsite in Bengaluru, collaborating with product, QA, and DevOps engineers to deliver end‑to‑end features.
What you’ll do
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs
- Write clean, testable, production‑quality code
- Participate in design reviews and propose improvements
- Own feature development from design to production support
- Containerize services and deploy on cloud platforms
- Lead code reviews and debug complex production issues
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross‑functional teams
What you’ll bring
- 4–8 years software development experience
- Node.js with JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Git and Docker proficiency
- Strong data structures and algorithms knowledge
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
