About the role
Operations team at Amazon India drives high‑impact consumables and IT4M programs for the Central Flow warehouse. The manager leads end‑to‑end consumables management, inventory planning, and IT infrastructure support, coordinating with Operations, Procurement, IT, and Finance to ensure seamless BAU and peak readiness. Bengaluru, on‑site role with occasional cross‑functional travel as needed.
What you’ll do
- Own end‑to‑end consumables and Motherbags recirculation
- Develop BAU and peak readiness supply plans
- Manage IT4M requirements for warehouse operations
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline workflows
- Track KPIs and publish regular MBRs
What you’ll bring
- 2+ years employee and performance management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
