About the role
Talent Acquisition (TA) team at Postman drives top‑of‑funnel sourcing for technical and business roles, building pipelines of high‑caliber talent across the API platform ecosystem. The Technical Sourcer leads proactive sourcing for Software Engineers, Product roles and other critical functions, partners with hiring managers to craft targeted strategies, and engages candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search and AI‑powered tools. Bengaluru, Karnataka, India – hybrid (3 days onsite, transitioning to 5 days); flexible schedule, full‑time role with comprehensive benefits.
What you’ll do
- Lead proactive sourcing for key technical and business roles
- Partner with hiring teams to align sourcing strategies with role requirements
- Map talent across target companies and geographies
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels to engage passive candidates
- Maintain strong talent pipeline for current and future needs
- Conduct initial outreach, screening and assessment
- Collaborate with recruiters to manage candidate flow
- Ensure accurate ATS data and track candidate progress
