About the role

What you’ll do
- Lead fit‑out and civil engineering projects for commercial properties
- Monitor policies, systems, and SOPs to improve property management processes
- Coordinate tenant and supplier communications
- Manage improvement and upgrade works responding to tenant needs
- Oversee a team of technicians, ensuring safety and maintenance standards
- Prepare monthly management reports and expense variance analysis
- Participate in annual budget preparation
What you’ll bring
Degree in Civil Engineering
Nice to have
- 6-8 years relevant experience
- Knowledge of civil works and fit‑out operations
- Familiarity with property management phases
- Understanding of building M&E systems
- Experience with BMS/BAS
- Proficient in MS Office
- SAP experience preferred
- Strong communication and team leadership
